About Positive Health Therapy Centre
Positive Health Therapy Centre provides osteopathy in Sevenoaks, including initial and follow-up osteopathy treatment. Care includes osteopathy and baby osteopathy. The centre was established in 2009 by Samantha Jesson BSc Ost (Hons). Sam is a registered osteopath and Level 3 CYQ accredited Pilates instructor. Sam has further training in pre and postnatal Pilates. Sam is also an applicant for the Spine Safe register.
The centre also offers Pilates classes, Pilates 1-2-1 and Pilates Reformer. Pilates focuses on postural alignment, core strength and muscular balance. Reformer Pilates uses specialist equipment for a more dynamic and targeted workout.
Wider therapies include pelvic health physiotherapy, physiotherapy, therapeutic sports massage and CranioSacral Therapy. Holistic therapies include reflexology, aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage and Reiki.
