Chronic pain massage uses The Jing Method™. Techniques used may include trigger point therapy, shiatsu, fascial techniques and acupressure.

Sports massage is available for pre-event and post-event needs. Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure for tension and knots in deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Chair massage is carried out fully clothed on an ergonomic massage chair and focuses on the head, neck and shoulders, arms and hands.
