Pro-Physio Health

Pro-Physio Health works from five sites in West Byfleet, Guildford and Farnham. It provides physiotherapy and related musculoskeletal care for injury, illness, disability, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, paediatric needs, and elderly and falls prevention.

Services include physiotherapy, sports injury physiotherapy, joint and tendon injections with Ostenil hyaluronic acid, post-operative rehabilitation, bracing, acupuncture, sports massage, Game Ready cryotherapy, osteopathy, paediatric care, video consultations and a ski clinic. Its osteopathy service includes cranial osteopathy for babies, as well as complex paediatric and adult problems.

Treatment options named by the practice include manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, electrotherapy, taping, acupuncture, injection therapy and Game Ready cryotherapy. Rehabilitation plans can be provided through the Rehab My Patient platform, with exercises sent by email.

Care is provided in person at its clinics, and by video consultation for musculoskeletal conditions. The practice also lists weekend appointments in Guildford.

The physiotherapy team has worked in NHS hospitals, private clinics and elite sports teams. The practice says its physiotherapists have at least five years of postgraduate clinical experience, have worked at senior levels in the NHS, are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. It also states that all its physiotherapists are registered acupuncturists.

Pro-Physio Health says it can refer onwards to orthopaedic consultants and healthcare specialists where clinically required, including for MRI scans and specialist opinions. It is recognised by health insurers, subject to confirmation of cover and authorisation before treatment.
