About PUREFORM
PUREFORM treats sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain, with care for head and facial pain, neck pain, whiplash, back pain, sciatica, hip pain, knee pain, disc injury, chronic conditions including auto-immune complexes, and post-operative rehabilitation after hip, knee, shoulder and spinal surgery.
