Quadrant Foot Health

New Patient Initial Consultation is for new foot or lower-limb concerns. Quadrant Foot Health assesses symptoms, examines foot function and explains findings clearly. Treatment may be provided at the same visit, where appropriate.

Routine Podiatry / Follow Up Appointment covers ongoing nail care, corns, callus, skin conditions and monitoring. The clinic also provides nail surgery and Curacorn treatment for painful recurring corns. Rapid fungal nail testing is available in clinic before fungal nail treatment decisions.

Biomechanical / MSK Assessment looks at standing and walking mechanics. It uses footscan pressure mapping, gait analysis and assessment of load distribution and alignment. Care may include rehabilitation planning, orthotic prescription and Custom Phits 3D-Printed Insoles.

Musculoskeletal care includes a Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Care Package, radial shockwave therapy and Low Level Laser Therapy. The package starts with biomechanical and gait assessment, then combines indicated treatment and follow-up review. Shockwave therapy is used for chronic tendon and heel pain, including plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon issues. LLLT is used for musculoskeletal issues, wound healing, inflammation and pain management.

Verruca care includes Verrutop Treatment and Verruca Needling Programme using Falknor’s Method. Verrutop is an in-clinic, non-invasive nitrizinc complex treatment for warts and verrucae. Needling is performed under local anaesthetic for long-standing, painful or treatment-resistant verrucae.

Appointments are clinician-led, with personalised treatment planning based on clinical assessment and evidence-led care. The clinic provides care in person and offers home visits by arrangement. Quadrant Foot Health is based in Romford.
