Neck & Shoulder Melt is one of Release Clinic's popular treatments, a soft tissue massage for neck and shoulder tension and associated headaches. The clinic in Mallow also works with back and neck pain, joint pain and sports injuries, using assessment, hands-on manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises and self-care advice.

For sports injuries, Release Clinic describes an initial assessment to understand the injury and its effect on activity, followed by a treatment plan that may include therapeutic techniques, exercises and sport-specific advice. Joint pain care includes assessment of possible causes and impact, manual techniques for stiffness and soft tissue restriction, exercise for strength and range of motion, plus guidance on ergonomics and self-management.

The NCT is a full body physical assessment. It looks at history, goals, the musculoskeletal system, posture, mobility, functional capability, strength, tightness and flexibility. The clinic then sets out an intervention plan that can include targeted rehabilitation exercises, hands-on treatment and exercise programmes delivered through PhysiApp.

PhysioStretch combines elements of yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and physiotherapy rehabilitation exercises in a class format, with daily home routines. Its structure covers warm-up and movement sequences, core conditioning, functional strength and flexibility.

Fit Beyond Fifty is aimed at people over fifty and centres on assessment and exercise prescription. It covers age-related musculoskeletal changes, functional limitations and individual goals, with exercise planning around strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health, plus guidance on technique, intensity and progression.
