Mrs Natalie Estabrook

Natalie Estabrook works with musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries and neuro-rehabilitation, including aches, pains, muscle imbalances, mechanical issues and loading problems. Her treatments and approaches include musculoskeletal manual therapy, clinical sports massage, Hawkgrips muscle scraping, injury rehabilitation, exercise programming, balance and falls rehabilitation and neuro-rehabilitation.

She describes her approach as tailored to each patient, starting with investigating the root of the problem and using manual therapies and exercise prescription where appropriate. Natalie is a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC registered, with BSc Hons Physiotherapy, MCSP, and states that she has practised as a physiotherapist for twelve years.
