Resync Physiotherapy

Resync Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy assessments, physiotherapy assessment and treatment appointments, follow-up physiotherapy, comprehensive sport performance assessments, hands-on soft tissue release, Resync Pilates and domiciliary visits. Care is focused on musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, movement problems and performance-focused rehabilitation.

The clinic treats lower back pain, neck pain and stiffness, sciatica, nerve pain, posture-related stiffness, muscle strains, tendon problems, overuse injuries, hip and groin pain, ankle and foot injuries. It also supports people with arthritis, rheumatoid conditions, chronic pain conditions, occupation-related injuries, general aches, stiffness and mobility issues.

Post-operative and recovery work includes joint replacement recovery, ligament reconstruction, surgery rehabilitation, fracture recovery, mobility restoration and recovery after falls. Resync also works with sports injuries and running-related problems, with sport performance assessment available for people who want a more detailed review of movement and performance demands.

Pregnancy-related pain and pre- and post-natal musculoskeletal pain are included in the conditions treated. The clinic also sees children and young people with injuries and growing pains, with treatment plans matched to age, activity level and sporting demands.

Assessment appointments are used to identify the cause of a problem and set out a treatment plan. Treatment may include hands-on techniques, joint mobilisations and guided exercise therapy. Sports massage is offered for muscle tension and recovery support, and may be used alongside physiotherapy as part of a wider treatment plan.

Appointments are available in clinic and as domiciliary visits. The physiotherapists are Chartered, HCPC-registered and members of the CSP. Resync also works with some private medical insurers, with cover varying by provider.
