Ridgehouse Practice

Sarah Sellick provides sports massage, remedial massage, traditional massage, pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage and reflexology. Ridgehouse Practice is based in Stockbridge.

She works with back, shoulder and neck pain, postural pain and repetitive strain injuries. She also treats golfers' elbow, tennis elbow, tension headaches and tight or strained muscles.

Her massage work covers post-exercise recovery, injury recovery and rehabilitation. It also covers reduced flexibility, reduced range of movement, muscle tension, fatigue, stress and anxiety.

Manual lymphatic drainage massage is offered for issues including oedema, headache, sinus congestion and stress. It is also offered before and after surgery, and as post-mastectomy therapy.

Reflexology treatments include hand and foot reflex work. Reflexology for cancer patients is also available, alongside oncology massage.

Sarah holds an ITEC Level 5 Sports Massage qualification and a Practitioners Diploma in Oncology Massage. She has studied Advanced Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology, Medical Acupuncture and the Ingham Method.
