Rushcliffe Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic

Rushcliffe Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic works from two sites in Nottingham, including a base at Balance Health Nottingham. The clinic provides physiotherapy and sports injury services, with initial physiotherapy assessments and follow-up physiotherapy appointments available in person.

Its musculoskeletal services include MSK therapy, shockwave therapy, orthotics assessment and fitting, acupuncture and scar therapy. Soft tissue and complementary appointments include sports massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, Indian head massage and reflexology.

Pelvic health appointments are available, alongside Mummy MOT appointments, 1:1 Reformer Pilates, 1:1 Reformer pelvic health sessions and 1:1 mat Pilates. The clinic also offers paediatric physiotherapy for under 10s and paediatric musculoskeletal physiotherapy for 10 to 18 year olds.

Care is mainly delivered face to face, with virtual counselling appointments and ULHT FCP virtual initial assessments also available. At the Balance Health site, other healthcare services at the same venue include counselling, dietetics, hand therapy, hearing and balance, osteopathy, podiatry and rehabilitation.

Balance Health also has fitness, Reformer, yoga and Pilates facilities, and free on-site parking is available there.
