Ruth May is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated with a BSc (Hons) in 2005. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience across private and public sector settings, with clinical expertise stated in orthopaedics, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

The practice offers physiotherapy alongside Pilates-based rehabilitation and exercise. Ruth trained as a Pilates instructor in 2011, completing the Advanced Matwork programme with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, and has since taken further training in antenatal, postnatal and reformer Pilates.

Ruth also holds a Master’s Diploma in Sports Tissue Massage and is a certified acupuncture clinician. Her background includes national-level gymnastics for Wales, and her practice brings together physiotherapy, Pilates, sports tissue massage and acupuncture within the services listed.
