Sacha Pack Osteopathy

Standard Appointment is for osteopathic consultation and treatment of musculoskeletal problems, following assessment of current symptoms, movement and affected areas. Sacha Pack Osteopathy provides care for patients with acute injuries, spinal conditions and peripheral issues affecting the knees, feet and hands, as well as preventative musculoskeletal maintenance.

First Appointment includes a review of medical history and current symptoms, followed by physical examination of the affected areas and related structures. Assessment may include range of motion checks, palpation for areas of tension or sensitivity, and orthopaedic tests before a diagnosis and treatment plan are discussed.

Treatment is manual and may include gentle articulation, stretching and targeted manipulation, adapted to the patient’s age and health circumstances. Osteopathic treatment may also be supported with lifestyle advice and exercise programmes where appropriate.

Sacha Pack graduated from the London School of Osteopathy in 1996 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy. Sacha Pack’s stated clinical scope includes complex spinal conditions, knee, foot and hand problems, and patients of all ages.

The practice is based in Emsworth. Saturday follow up consultation and treatment is available as a named appointment type. The treatment room is upstairs, with a downstairs room available by prior arrangement if essential. Free parking is available behind the clinic.
