Sasha Hvidsten is an independent, psychiatry-led mental health clinic with in-person appointments at Feckenham clinic near Redditch and at Nuffield Leamington Spa, as well as remote appointments by video. The clinic sees children, teenagers and adults, with bookable doctor, nurse and psychology appointments available face to face or by video, depending on the appointment type.

The clinic provides assessment and treatment for a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychosis, PTSD and self-harm. It offers autism diagnostic assessment for adults or children, child ADHD testing and an adult ADHD test.

Care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team, with psychiatry-led assessment, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. Treatment may include prescribing and monitoring medication under medical oversight, with attention to drug interactions and longer-term effects.

The practice also offers support for parents, carers and siblings as part of its work with children and young people. It states that it can see families across the UK remotely using a secure video link, and that it offers a bespoke home visiting service.
