Seven Dials Osteopathy Clinic provides osteopathic treatment for pain, discomfort and musculoskeletal problems, including chronic musculoskeletal pain, minor sports injuries and longer-term problems. The clinic treats all age groups and offers initial appointments and follow-up treatment in person at its Brighton clinic.

Care may include hands-on osteopathic techniques, osteopathic manipulation, gentle muscle release, movement coaching, stretching programmes, exercise rehabilitation, postural advice and ergonomic advice. During a first appointment, the osteopath discusses your condition, carries out postural and mobility assessments, and uses orthopaedic or neurological tests where needed. Treatment is included in the first appointment.

The osteopaths’ stated areas of work include chronic pain and stress management, cranial paediatric osteopathy, pregnancy and women’s health, trans health, minor sports injuries, chronic musculoskeletal pain, classical osteopathy and exercise rehabilitation. The team also has experience with patients living with HIV.

Stretches, postural exercises and advice on work positions are usually given as part of treatment. Where appropriate during a course of treatment, diagnostic tests such as x-rays and scans can be arranged.

Appointments are offered on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and evenings. The clinic is a few minutes’ walk from the station and city centre, with nearby bus stops and metered parking in the surrounding area. The osteopaths are state registered and trained for a minimum of four years at UK osteopathic colleges.
