Solihull Scar and Massage Therapy provides scar therapy and clinical massage in Solihull. Scar therapy is hands-on work on and around scar tissue, fibrotic areas and adhesions. It covers C-section scars, burns, breast augmentation scars, epidural scars or related discomfort, hysterectomy scars, keyhole and other surgical scars, joint replacement scars, plastic surgery scars, trauma scars, mastectomy scars, lumpectomy scars and breast reconstruction scars.

Sports and remedial massage includes deep tissue treatment, postural assessment and corrective advice, injury-specific massage, and pre- and post-event massage. It is used for musculoskeletal concerns including everyday aches, sports-related injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis or golfer's elbow, plantar fasciitis, sciatic symptoms and frozen shoulder.

Pregnancy massage therapy covers common pregnancy-related concerns including lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain, SPD, sciatica, swelling or oedema, breathlessness, sleep disturbance and sluggish digestion. Postnatal massage can take place from six weeks after delivery. Postnatal care also covers neck and shoulder tension from feeding, rib flare, back and hip pain, headaches, abdominal recovery and C-section scars.

The natal check is a postnatal assessment of posture, physical concerns after birth, diastasis recti, abdominal wall recovery, rib flare and rib angle changes. It is not an internal check. C-section scar therapy works on scar tissue and adhesions, with each session based on the scar and stage of recovery.

Leanne's background includes sports and education, with specialist training in scar therapy, sports massage and women's health. Care is delivered through hands-on assessment and treatment, with practical advice where this is part of the appointment.
