Sparling Massage Therapy

A first appointment is for sports or remedial massage for muscle pain, tension, injury or restricted movement.

Sparling Massage Therapy in Fleet provides deep tissue massage, sports massage and on-site chair massage. Laura Sparling tailors techniques to each client and uses firm pressure where needed.

Clinical areas include musculoskeletal pain, muscle tension, sports injuries, chronic pain and restricted range of motion. Treatment techniques include pressure point massage, myofascial release and cupping therapy.

Sports massage may use MET, STR and ART techniques. These are used alongside deeper soft tissue work for muscle knots and movement restriction.

Laura Sparling has worked as a corporate massage therapist. Her qualifications include ITEC Level 4 Sports and Remedial Massage, ITEC Level 3 Sports and Remedial Massage, NVQ Level 4 Massage and Beauty Therapy, Cert. Chair Massage and an FHT Myofascial Cupping Course.
