Mr Paul Connor

Paul helps patients with sports injuries, biomechanical concerns, gait analysis and routine podiatry at Spennymoor Foot Clinic. His assessments look at how weight is distributed across the feet, as well as balance, posture and movement patterns.

He has a background in professional football and a keen interest in performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. The clinic uses gait and motion pressure plate technology, and treatment recommendations may include custom orthotics and movement guidance.

Alongside his specialist interests, Paul provides routine podiatry care for general foot health, supporting patients of all ages.
