Physiotherapy appointments are for injury, pain, symptoms and sports problems. Stonegallows Clinic Ltd in Taunton provides physiotherapy, sports massage, rehabilitation, strength coaching, nutrition and lifestyle management.

Care can cover musculoskeletal complaints, recurring sports injuries, movement problems, gut complaints and hormonal complaints. The approach combines assessment, movement testing, rehabilitation planning, strength work and nutrition support.

The wider clinical work includes functional nutrition, naturopathic nutrition, strength and rehab programming, yoga-informed movement and sports conditioning. Runner-focused injury prevention programmes are also available as downloadable home and gym editions.

Assessments can take place in clinic or online. Online care may include a movement assessment and strength screen completed before a plan is built. The practice also offers hybrid care for people using both online and clinic support.

The physiotherapy service is run by Emily and Matt. Emily is a Chartered Physiotherapist, Functional Nutritionist and HCPC registered physiotherapist. Matt leads strength and programming work, drawing on long experience in training and fitness.
