About Dr Helen Macpherson
Dr Helen Macpherson helps women experiencing the perimenopause and menopause, offering individualised, evidence-based advice and treatment in line with NICE and British Menopause Society guidelines. She has a particular interest in women’s health and was one of the first registered British Menopause Society menopause specialists.
Helen has been a GP in rural Suffolk since 1993, with an ethos of holistic family practice. She currently teaches menopause to GP registrars and was until recently an Honorary Senior Lecturer at UEA, teaching gynaecology to medical students.
