Ruth Wilson is a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with HCPC, CSP and AACP. Her physiotherapy work covers muscle and ligament sprains, back pain, sciatica, whiplash associated disorders, neck pain, neck-related headaches, trapped nerves, arthritis, soft tissue strains, bursitis, postural problems, sports injuries and ergonomic or work-related injuries.

Treatment may include manual therapy, soft tissue and joint mobilisation, massage, acupuncture, taping, advice and education. Exercise programmes can include stability, strength and stretching work, with progressive load management and plyometric exercises used where relevant for rehabilitation and sports performance.

The practice also provides acupuncture as part of physiotherapy for the management of pain and inflammation, and offers workstation and ergonomic assessment. Rehabilitation may be used after injury, trauma or surgery, and physiotherapy can support the management of long-term conditions such as fibromyalgia.
