Talk Through It provides solution-focused therapy in Newbury, with in-person appointments and online sessions for adults, children and teenagers. The practice is run by Gerry Spatharis and supports people experiencing stress, worry, anxiety, low mood and difficulties with family life, relationships, work, school and day-to-day coping.
The therapy is solution-focused, with sessions centred on looking at problems differently, considering what life would be like without the problem, and identifying small changes. Coping with School sessions are offered for children who are finding the school environment difficult, including discussion of issues arising in school and strategies to minimise them.
