Diabetic foot care is available, including follow-up with diabetic assessment. The clinic states that NHS referral may be more suitable for some problems, such as an ulcer needing regular dressings.

Nail services include Pedisafe nail reconstruction for fungal, damaged or previously removed nails, routine treatment with nail polish, fungal nail care, fungal nail testing and fenestration. Nail surgery assessment and nail surgery are available for problem or ingrowing toenails, with surgery involving removal of part or all of the nail under local anaesthetic.

Verruca care includes verruca needling using Faulkner's Needling Technique under local anaesthetic. For foot pain, adults can have a biomechanical assessment. There is also a specific assessment for plantar fasciitis and heel pain.
