Tavistock Physio Clinics

Tavistock Physio Clinics provides physiotherapy for musculoskeletal pain, injury and rehabilitation across clinics in Lamerton, Tavistock and Yelverton. Care is delivered by chartered physiotherapists alongside sports therapy and rehabilitation input.

The team covers musculoskeletal physiotherapy, manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture, core stability work, Pilates type exercise therapy, sports massage and gym based rehabilitation classes. Online Zoom Pilates classes are also part of the clinic's offer, along with a women's health online pelvic floor masterclass.

Clinical areas covered by the team include back pain, neck pain, sacroiliac joint issues, sciatica, whiplash injury, knee rehabilitation including ACL and PCL injuries, hip arthritis and rehabilitation after hip replacement, ankle ligament instability, tennis elbow, De Quervain's wrist pain, rib and chest pain, pelvic floor issues, Parkinsons and MSA.
