The practice treats back pain, neck pain, headaches, postural complaints, arthritis pain and minor sports injuries. Postural problems include changes during pregnancy, driving strain and work strain. Teddy also treats babies, children under 16 and pregnant women.

Treatment uses structural, cranial and visceral osteopathic techniques, soft tissue massage and western medical acupuncture. Sessions may include joint articulation, joint manipulation, exercises, stretches, and advice on posture and workstation ergonomics. Care also includes lifestyle and maintenance advice, where relevant.

A first consultation includes a detailed case history, movement assessment and orthopaedic testing. Teddy forms a diagnosis before treatment starts. He screens for medical conditions unsuitable for osteopathic treatment and refers to other health professionals where appropriate.

Teddy graduated with a Masters from the British School of Osteopathy in London. He has over 15 years' experience as an osteopath. He gained clinical experience in treating pregnant women and paediatrics during training. His further studies include paediatric osteopathy, western medical acupuncture and neuromuscular rehabilitation. He also teaches a course on post natal recovery. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and most insurance companies.
