Miss Reena Depala M.Ost

Miss Reena Depala helps patients with musculoskeletal concerns, with special interests in back pain, neck pain, headaches and lower back pain. She also has developing interests in women’s health and mind-body connections.

Her osteopathic approach is adapted to each person. She uses techniques including neuromuscular techniques, mobilisations, lymphatic drainage and strain counter strain, and takes a holistic view that can include lifestyle, day to day stresses and wider support for the individual.

Reena qualified from Swansea University and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
