Dr Katie Barber helps women with perimenopause, menopause and wider women’s health concerns, including hormonal issues and contraception. She offers individualised, holistic care, advice and treatment, with appointments tailored to the patient’s medical history and based on evidence-based, regulated options.
She is a GP and registered British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist, with BM BCh, MRCGP, DRCOG and DFSRH qualifications. Her background includes work in gynaecology and urogynaecology at the John Radcliffe Hospital as a GP with a Special Interest, and over 20 years in the NHS across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
Dr Barber founded Oxford Menopause in 2020 and is Clinical Director at The Carriage House Clinic in Ardington. She also lectures in NHS, corporate and private settings, including workplace menopause teaching and Menopause Café sessions.
