Saffy Roberts

Saffy Roberts helps patients with earwax removal, impacted and recurrent wax, blockages and obstructions, and tinnitus or hearing loss linked to wax. She specialises in otoscopy, ear examination, and microsuction earwax removal, and also provides ear health education and advice on preventing ear infections.

She is trained to examine the ear canal, detect earwax and identify possible causes of hearing loss or related issues such as tinnitus. She uses an otoscopy camera system to photograph and video the inner ear for assessment, and uses microsuction to remove earwax when present. She also offers hearing tests.

Saffy holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Plymouth, and is qualified in otoscopy and microsuction earwax removal through Tympa Health Academy.
