The Little Escape

The Little Escape operates from two London sites in Crystal Palace, The Little Escape and The Little Complementary Clinic. It is a holistic therapy centre offering osteopathy, acupuncture, massage, bodywork, herbal medicine, counselling and other complementary therapies.

Clinical bodywork at the practice includes osteopathy, osteopathy for babies and children, clinical Pilates, functional movement, physiotherapy, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women's health physiotherapy, Mummy MOT and physiosexual health. The team also offers holistic pelvic care, pregnancy physiotherapy and one-to-one Pilates for pre-natal and post-natal clients.

Massage and bodywork therapies include remedial and sports massage, pregnancy massage, post-natal massage, C-section scarwork, labour preparation, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, somatic therapy, reflexology, Alexander Technique, Thai yoga massage, Bowen therapy, biomechanical emotional therapy, cupping and tuina. Natural health treatments include acupuncture, paediatric acupuncture, 5 Elements acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy and health coaching.

Talking therapies at the centre include clinical psychology, psychotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy, integrative counselling psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems therapy. Other therapies available include Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, Emotional Freedom Technique, Colour Mirrors, Access Bars, sound healing and reiki.
