The Malvern Clinic

The Malvern Clinic provides acupuncture and TuiNa Chinese massage for chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, headaches, migraines, digestive health concerns, women’s health, pregnancy and infertility.

Treatment methods include traditional Chinese acupuncture, Tung acupuncture, electroacupuncture, trigger point therapy and the NADA protocol. TuiNa Chinese massage is also provided, including deep tissue work, joint mobilisation and meridian therapy. The clinic also offers cupping therapy, guasha therapy and moxibustion.

The practice is run by Andrew Levy, a second generation acupuncturist. He completed a Higher National Diploma in Chinese medicine at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture, finished TuiNa training in 2011, and gained an acupuncture degree from the University of East London with a First in 2013. He also studied at Nanjing University in China.

Andrew’s previous work includes Phoenix TuiNa Multibed Clinic in Old Street, Kai Clinic in Tufnell Park, Shoreditch Spa, Harley Street, a community multibed clinic in Hornsey, Amber Health in Baldock, Clerkenwellbeing, Fix in East Village Stratford, Peachy Acupuncture in Crouch End and Beacon Clinic in Malvern. His experience includes general health enquiries, pregnancy and infertility, and musculoskeletal issues in runners, cyclists and Olympic athletes.

The clinic states that Andrew is a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians, has professional indemnity insurance, is enhanced DBS checked and is first aid qualified. His continuing development includes Master Tung Acupuncture and mentorship in Classical Chinese Medicine.

Care is provided in Malvern. The clinic states there is no disabled access because of building limitations, with two flights of stairs to reach the treatment room. It also states that acupuncture and massage treatments are not a substitute for medical care.
