The Marylebone Psychiatry Clinic

The Marylebone Psychiatry Clinic assesses and treats adult mental health conditions. It sees adults over 18 for private psychiatric outpatient care in London. Consultations are in English only.

Its services cover adult ADHD, adult autism, depression, anxiety conditions, obsessive conditions, trauma and stress-related conditions. It also covers bipolar conditions, psychosis, dissociative conditions and personality disorders.

For depression, it lists Major Depressive Disorder, dysthymia, and mixed depressive and anxiety disorder. Anxiety work includes GAD, social anxiety, agoraphobia, specific phobias, panic disorder and panic attacks. Obsessive conditions include OCD, body dysmorphia and illness anxiety disorder.

Trauma work includes acute stress condition, PTSD, complex PTSD, adjustment disorder and bereavement or grief disorder. Bipolar services cover mania, Bipolar 1, Bipolar 2 and cyclothymia. Psychosis services include acute or transient psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and delusional disorder. Dissociative presentations listed are dissociative identity disorder, depersonalisation and derealisation. Personality disorder work includes BPD, EUPD, narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder.

Care is available in person at its Marylebone clinic, or by remote video consultation across the UK. Evening and weekend appointments may be available if needed. International clients are welcomed if they are in the UK at the time of consultation.

Assessment includes pre-assessment questions, consultation, treatment and follow-up where clinically appropriate. The clinic recommends evidence-based treatment and management options suited to the individual. Its fee list also includes private prescriptions and shared care agreements. The clinic is CQC regulated. It does not provide emergency mental health services or inpatient care.
