Mrs Kate Organ

Mrs Kate Organ supports patients with perimenopause, menopause, PMS, PMDD, hormone-related mental health concerns and ADHD in relation to hormonal change. She is a British Menopause Society registered Menopause Specialist, consultant pharmacist and ADHD assessor, with advanced postgraduate training in perimenopause, menopause, PMS and mental health.

Her approach considers hormonal symptoms alongside mental wellbeing and neurodivergence, particularly where perimenopause may affect ADHD symptoms and emotional regulation. As a consultant clinical pharmacist, her work includes explaining how medicines work, how the body processes them, and their risks and benefits.

Kate holds MRPharm (Hons), MSc and the BMS Advanced Certificate in the principles and practice of menopause care. She has nearly 20 years' experience working in UK mental health services.
