Sports massage addresses soft tissue issues linked to repetitive movement, intense activity and trauma. Acupuncture is used for chronic back, neck, shoulder and joint pain. It is also used for sports injuries, muscle tightness, headaches, migraines, arthritis and tension-related stress disorders.

Dry needling targets muscular trigger points causing neuromuscular pain or movement restriction. It may be combined with sports massage within a wider treatment plan. Ultrasound therapy uses high-frequency sound waves on soft tissues. Rehabilitation exercises work on strength, flexibility, mobility and function after injury or surgery.
