The Physio treats musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, pelvic health concerns and neurological conditions. Care is provided by Chartered Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists, with treatment options including physiotherapy, neurological physiotherapy, sports massage therapy, shockwave therapy, acupuncture therapy, Bowen therapy, reflexology and physiotherapist led Pilates classes.

At a first visit, your physiotherapist asks about your current problem, how it affects your life and activities, previous injuries, your general medical health and your physical goals. They then carry out a physical examination, discuss the findings with you and consider treatment options.
The neurological clinic covers MS, stroke and Parkinson's. Neurological physiotherapy focuses on movement patterns, muscle strength and endurance, fine motor skills, posture and balance. The pelvic health clinic is available for men and women.
Shockwave therapy is offered for conditions including tennis elbow, heel pain, shoulder pain, Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. The Physio provides in-person care in Grantham. The main clinic occupies the ground floor and has free dedicated parking. There are three steps from the parking area to the front entrance, with assisted access available via the back door and intercom.
