The Psych Practice

Psychological treatment is available for common psychological issues, adult mental health, adolescent mental health and long term conditions. The Psych Practice also provides neuropsychology, neuropsychological assessment, neuropsychological rehabilitation and cognitive rehabilitation.

Services include The Psychology Clinic, couple therapy, family and couples therapy, EMDR, vocational rehabilitation and mental capacity work. The practice also offers expert witness services, with legal areas including personal injury and head injury. Other stated legal areas include adult post traumatic stress disorder and the impact of abuse.

Services also include sports injury and courses through The Psych Practice Digital Hub. The team works with adolescents and families, children, parents, adults, older adults, couples and teams.

The psychologists' stated clinical areas include neurological conditions, learning disabilities, mood disorders and long term health conditions. They also include severe and enduring mental health problems, work related difficulties, trauma and interpersonal difficulties. Race related issues, race related trauma, team interventions, reflective practice and critical incident staff support are also stated.

Online work is available in UK and international contexts. Face to face care is offered in consulting rooms.

The Psychologists are all members of HCPC and are qualified doctors in Clinical Psychology. The Psych Practice was established in 2019 by Dr Ndidi Boakye, its Clinical Director and Founder.
