Video or Telephone Consultations

This option is for patients who want a GP appointment by telephone or secure video rather than attending one of The St Andrews Private GP Clinic's local clinics. Telephone consultations are available for simple advice, review of an ongoing condition, or follow-up after a recent GP appointment.

Video consultations can be used with a camera on a smartphone, tablet or computer. Referral letters and sick notes are available, and the doctor can put plans in place if follow-up with an examination or test is needed. This is not an emergency, crisis or out-of-hours service.
