Ms Jo Rodriguez

Jo Rodriguez provides sports massage for soft-tissue injuries and rehabilitation, with treatments including soft tissue massage, deep tissue massage, and pre and post sports massage. She is an ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist.

Jo also provides scar therapy, working with patients on the appearance, mobility and flexibility of scars. She qualified as a Restore Scar Therapist in 2023, specialises in breast tissue scar release therapy, and is contracted with the Ipswich and Colchester hospital breast cancer team. Soft tissue massage is 45 minutes and £60. Scar therapy is 45 minutes and £60.
