Ume Acupuncture

Ume Acupuncture runs from two Worthing clinics. Sadie Goddard provides acupuncture for fertility, women’s health and pregnancy.

Care covers natural fertility, unexplained infertility, miscarriage support, IVF preparation and ongoing IVF support. It also covers low AMH, male factor fertility issues and multiple unsuccessful IVF cycles.

Women’s health care includes PCOS treatment, endometriosis and pelvic pain, periods and hormone health, and fertility and hormone testing. Pregnancy care is offered across all trimesters and into the postnatal period. Pregnancy support can include stress and anxiety issues and pelvic girdle pain.

Appointments include initial fertility consultations, pregnancy consultations with acupuncture treatment, women’s health consultations with acupuncture treatment, and follow-up acupuncture. There is also a Zoom appointment for test review or other support.

Sadie is a BSc (Hons), Lic. Ac, AAC acupuncturist with Advanced Fertility Support training. She has over 12 years' experience with women trying to conceive and reproductive health issues. Her approach combines Chinese medicine with modern fertility understanding.

Her PCOS work may include diet and lifestyle guidance, BBT tracking and monitoring ovulation signs. She also helps identify factors that may affect an IVF decision and possible co-existing conditions. For endometriosis and adenomyosis, care may include pain management tools, NHS care navigation and investigation guidance.
