Una Cashin provides acupuncture and complementary therapies for a defined range of concerns. Treatment areas include pregnancy, pain management, stress and anxiety, injuries, digestive disorders and cardiovascular health. She also covers insomnia, gynaecological issues, hormonal imbalance, IVF support, headaches, migraines, immunity and general well-being.

Treatments include acupuncture, reflexology, Reiki, anti-ageing skincare methods and combination treatments. Her anti-ageing work focuses on natural skincare methods and alternatives to Botox and surgery.

Una has studied complementary medicine for over 20 years. Her training includes the Association of Reflexologists, the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists, ITEC and the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

She is a licensed acupuncturist and a member of AFPA and IRI. Her stated designations include Lic.Acu, Dip.Acu, Dip.Nat, Dip.Reflex, IRIL and Dip.Aroma. Her care includes education for clients managing their own health issues.
