Osteopathy follow-up consultations are available for patients continuing osteopathic care after an initial appointment. Unlock Fitness Ltd provides osteopathy at The Tilsworth Clinic in Chalfont St Giles, with care for pain, discomfort and musculoskeletal health issues.

The clinic covers back pain, joint and muscle injuries, sports-related injuries, healthy ageing, women’s healthcare, working from home issues, and workplace and driving-related problems. Services include initial and follow-up osteopathy consultations, short and extended osteopathy consultations, sports massage, and home visits for new and returning patients.

Osteopathic care may include hands-on techniques, stretching muscles, mobilising joints, exercise advice, rehabilitation exercises, and advice on reducing the risk of further injury. For sports-related problems, the clinic also refers to strapping or taping, and may offer advice about nutrition or a sport-specific diet.

At a first osteopathy appointment, the osteopath asks about current symptoms and medical history, carries out an examination, and discusses treatment options.
