Vejon Consultive

Vejon Consultive is in Doncaster, with three clinic services: Medical 360 Clinic, International Memory Clinic and Long Haulers Clinic. Care is provided online for adults aged 18 and over.

Medical 360 Clinic offers a First Consultation for new patients or patients not seen by one of its clinicians in the past 12 months. A Follow Up Consultation is for patients seen within the past 12 months. A Discovery Consultation is for new patients who want to discuss health concerns and assess whether the Ultimate Wellness Premium programme may suit their needs. Medical 360 consultations do not include prescriptions. A clinician may write to the patient's GP if requested, where applicable.

Long Haulers Clinic provides online consultations for adults with long Covid or long hauler disease. Its First Consultation is for new patients or those not seen within the past 12 months, and its Follow Up Consultation is for patients seen within that period. A prescription may be provided where applicable, but Long Haulers Clinic patients need a UK address for the doctor to prescribe. The clinic also provides resources on long Covid, including autoimmunity to serum ACE-2, long Covid compared with complications of severe COVID-19, intestinal infection, immune alterations, risk predictors and tryptophan absorption.

International Memory Clinic provides online First Consultation assessment and Reassessment Consultation appointments for adults. New patients must register before a first consultation. Reassessment is used for returning patients in the circumstances set out by the clinic, including where a first or reassessment consultation took place more than four weeks ago and the patient has not secured a place in the IMC Memory programme.

For Medical 360 Clinic patients, the clinician will not comment on blood results unless the patient has had a First Consultation or has been seen in the clinic in the past 12 months. For Long Haulers Clinic patients, the clinician will not comment on blood results or provide a prescription unless the patient has had a First Consultation or has been seen within the past 12 months.
