The physiotherapy service covers sports injuries, strains and sprains, post-surgery rehabilitation, back and neck pain, work-related injuries, joint pain and arthritis. Assessment can include postural analysis, strength and power measurements, reflex reaction tests and full medical checks.

Treatment options named by the practice include manual therapy, joint mobilisation and manipulation, biomechanical assessment, taping, acupuncture, exercise prescription and electrotherapy. It also provides functional training, massage therapy, post-surgery rehabilitation and workstation ergonomics assessments.

Shock wave therapy is offered for muscular and orthopaedic conditions, including calcific tendinopathy of the shoulder and elbow, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, hamstring tendinopathy and trochanteric bursitis of the hip.

Corticosteroid injection therapy is used for soft tissue and joint disorders, including frozen shoulder, joint osteoarthritis, shoulder or acromioclavicular joint pain, knee and ankle pain, bursitis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis such as De Quervain's or trigger finger, finger and wrist pain, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, tennis elbow and golfers elbow. At an injection therapy consultation, the physiotherapist discusses symptoms, assesses the area of pain or injury, checks whether injection therapy is suitable, prepares the area using aseptic technique and gives advice on exercise and activity progression. A follow-up appointment is recommended to assess the injection and future management.
