Jack Howard

Jack helps patients with sports injuries, tendinopathy management in runners, ACL rehab and prehab, neurological rehabilitation, hand and wrist conditions, and shoulder pain. His approach is personal and tailored to what matters most to each patient.

He qualified in 2017 from the University of Birmingham with a Physiotherapy BSc (Hons). His NHS experience included stroke medicine, musculoskeletal care, hand therapy, care of the elderly, trauma and orthopaedics, acute medicine and respiratory medicine, working with adults and children on acute injuries and long-term conditions.

Jack was also involved in a Falls Prevention programme and a hospital-to-home discharge pathway. His own experience as both an athlete and a patient informs the way he supports people through rehabilitation.
