Lauren Williams

Lauren Williams helps with musculoskeletal problems including spinal problems, tendinopathy, neck pain, headaches and hip pain. She also supports women with antenatal assessment and treatment for pelvic girdle pain, and provides Mummy MOT postnatal support after c-section or vaginal delivery. Her clinical interests also include paediatrics.

Lauren is a Clinical MSK Specialist and Mummy MOT Practitioner. She has a Master’s degree in Manual Therapy and uses a hands-on, patient-centred approach, with careful listening, clear communication and questions that help shape your assessment and treatment.

She qualified as a physiotherapist in 2012 and has worked across NHS and private practice settings, including musculoskeletal care, neurological rehabilitation, trauma and orthopaedics, amputee rehabilitation and women’s health.
