Yes, you can book an appointment online. If you are not sure which treatment to choose, you can get in touch and we can guide you based on what you are looking for.

Before your appointment, we send you an online questionnaire so Charlie can understand your history and the problems you are experiencing. At the appointment you can ask questions, and you may be offered an internal vaginal pelvic floor examination, which is optional and discussed with you beforehand.

Your GP is not routinely informed about your treatment details. We would only contact them if there were concerns about your condition, or if further investigations or referrals were needed.

Yes, you can ask for an interpreter before your appointment by adding a comment when booking online or by emailing us. Interpreter support may be by phone, video call or in person, and written material can also be translated or provided in another format such as large text or Braille.
