About Mr Jack Winyard

Mr Jack Winyard treats lower back pain, sports injuries, joint problems and post-operative rehabilitation. He is a Senior MSK Physiotherapist who works with a range of clients, from non-sporting patients through to elite athletes.

His physiotherapy approach combines manual therapy, including joint mobilisation and soft tissue massage, with acupuncture and individualised exercise programmes. Depending on the client, he may also incorporate Pilates.

Jack holds BSc (Hons) degrees in Exercise and Sport Science and Physiotherapy, and AACP Foundations in Acupuncture. He has previously acted as lead physiotherapist for a GB skier during rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction, also managing injury prevention and performance programmes.
