About Home Visit

Fit And Able Ltd offers home visits for people who are unable to attend one of its physiotherapy clinics. The service also includes visits to local nursing homes, Bridge House and Sunrise of Sonning.

At the first appointment, a chartered physiotherapist undertakes a full physiotherapy assessment, with treatment, advice on condition management and an exercise programme where applicable.
