Fit And Able Ltd provides physiotherapy for back and neck pain, joint conditions, muscle pulls, strains and sprains, osteoarthritis, injury rehabilitation and rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery. Private and NHS physiotherapy appointments are offered, with an initial physiotherapy consultation covering a full assessment, diagnosis, advice on condition management and a treatment plan. Treatment may include joint mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue massage, exercise therapy and ultrasound where appropriate.

The physiotherapy service includes dry needling with Nina and acupuncture with Kathy. Dry needling is used within physiotherapy for muscle pain and dysfunction, including muscle tightness and spasms, neck, shoulder and back pain, sports injuries, tendon pain such as Achilles problems or tennis elbow, muscle-tension headaches, and postural or overuse injuries. Acupuncture is offered for chronic pain conditions, lower back pain, arthritis and joint pain, headaches and migraines, stress-related tension and fatigue, and persistent or complex pain conditions.

Care is provided in person in the Reading area, including Twyford and Wargrave, and by home visit for people unable to attend a clinic. Home visits include a full physiotherapy assessment at the first appointment, with treatment, advice on condition management and an exercise programme where applicable.

Fit And Able Ltd also provides occupational health physiotherapy and workplace services. These include workstation assessments, virtual assessments and phone consultations, with advice on posture, work behaviours, condition management and workstation changes. Its workplace services cover office workers, home workers, drivers and manual workers, including ergonomic vehicle assessment for high-mileage drivers and independent physiotherapy opinion alongside workplace adjustments.

Fit&Able classes are also offered, with stretching and strengthening exercises.
