Maïté Delafin

Maïté Delafin provides osteopathic care for all ages, from newborns to older adults, with a special emphasis on antenatal and postnatal care, paediatric osteopathy, C-section and abdominal scar therapy, and Mummy MOT® appointments. Her approach includes osteopathic manual therapy using structural, cranial and visceral techniques, alongside education, pain management, tailored exercise and movement recommendations, self-care, lifestyle advice and mindfulness strategies.

She works with each person to develop personalised treatment and management plans based on their goals and context. Her background includes professional contemporary dance, teaching and performance, sports massage therapy, an MSc in Dance Science, a Master of Osteopathy with Distinction, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Paediatric Musculoskeletal Healthcare with Distinction.

Maïté is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and speaks French, English and Spanish.
