Ms Paula dos Santos

Ms Paula dos Santos supports patients with pain, mobility concerns, tension and discomfort, with a focus on helping people stay active in daily life, work, family life and sport. Her approach draws on osteopathy, hands-on therapy, Pilates and functional movement, considering how you move, how you feel and what you need from your body day to day.

She is a registered Osteopath, M.Ost, DO, ND, with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also has over 25 years’ experience as a fitness professional, and practises in West London at PerformanceRx in NW6, Osteorise in NW6 and YK Wellness in W10.
