PhysioNeeds is in Nottingham, with two clinics: Nottingham Sports Injury Clinic and East Bridgford. The practice provides physiotherapy and sports injury care for problems including back and neck pain, arthritis, sprains and strains, spinal injuries, upper limb problems, lower limb problems and neurological conditions.

Services include physiotherapy, sports massage, paediatric physiotherapy, ultrasound guided joint pain injections, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, sports injury treatment, orthotics and gait analysis. The practice also offers a running injury specialist service, sports therapy, physiotherapy personal training, therapist led Pilates, a Better Balance Programme and PhysioNeeds Equestrian.

Children can be seen for paediatric musculoskeletal problems affecting bones, joints and muscles. For adults, the back and neck pain service covers shoulder problems, thoracic pain, disc problems, lumbago and sciatica. Sports injury care is available for people at different levels of sport, with gait analysis and biomechanics available for runners.

The clinical team includes Chartered physiotherapists who are HCPC registered, and sports therapists who are BASRat registered. The Nottingham clinic has private treatment rooms and a rehabilitation gymnasium, where patients can be supervised with individual exercise programmes. Care is offered face to face, and telephone or video consultations are available in some circumstances. You do not need a GP referral for physiotherapy, although the practice advises checking with your insurer before treatment if you plan to claim through medical insurance.
